@andyparmo @HeartInternet Same boat. Heart said to use SSH to restore DB but that's broken too. Limbo! Now waiting for the fix to the fix.

Don't buy #WebHosting from @HeartInternet - their websites have been down since Wednesday and are not due back online until Monday.
