So frustrated with @HeartInternet as are now refusing to fix my VPS as they say it’s unmanaged - when they have broke it! - cc @Nick_Leech

@HeartInternet Monday isn't good enough, my VPS has been offline all day and corrupted our database. This has cost us too much money already
