So @heartinternet take a site down at 10.17pm, we respond at 10.22pm, they disappear with no response. Shocking behaviour

@HeartInternet - it's unbelievable how bad things are, seems one step forward and 2 steps back. Our hybrid server is down for the last 24hrs
