Site running slow, log in to hosting control panel looking for the problem, seems @HeartInternet had an outage last week and didnt email us

Our ticket was answered with "your VPS is an un-managed product" so down to us to fix it even though the issue was caused by @HeartInternet

Well I wasn't considering leaving @HeartInternet but the ticket system is frustrating. Support are almost always a nightmare. #heartinernet

@ZoeShort_ @HeartInternet suck.Then sent out an email going err your fault, fuck off, fix your own servers lolol. Marketing case study fail
