@HeartInternet ordered upgrade shared hosting > VPS on Sunday - still says "Preparing" - what's up - just not good enough. Cancel & refund!

@HeartInternet Server problems we understand but no telephone support & and loss of our paid for snapshot backup = taking our VPS elswhere.
