@HeartInternet your communication surrounding such a large loss of service is terrible. We rely on email and had nothing for nearly 24hrs

@heartinternet. UNLIMITED means nothing. Things like 3 out of infinity for FTP. Some idiot last night tried to teach ME about calculus! ME!
