Infuriatingly, after several weeks still not even an acknowledgement of any kind from the abuse dept of @HeartInternet - pretty lousy!

Dealing with a @HeartInternet via a reseller for my client. They are beyond frustrating and unhelpful. Not a #webhost I will ever use.
