Big thumbs up to @heartinternet. My whole website just went down (my fault) & they sorted it in about 20 mins from contacting them!

@HeartInternet - It was a rhetorical question....I find it hard to believe that the only channel for help / complaints is online

My experience of @HeartInternet is they make it difficult to close account / remove card details so that they can continue to bill. Shame.

Wow guys don't ever use @HeartInternet only domain name company that sends threats when your domain is expiring.
