So, it appears nothing is actually happening then with supporting resellers @heartinternet, poor status updates & no ticket reply in 24 hrs

Impressively useless support from @HeartInternet 2 days to fail to fix broken email and they don't even care why it broke :-\

@HeartInternet My Hybrid server is still offline despite assurances it would be on by 17:30. Other servers are on .. just not this one!
