@HeartInternet 2+ hours since my ticket was replied to. I've restored from my own backup as can't use yours which I pay for. Poor service.

@HeartInternet My all productions servers are down from 4 hours. No reply from support team. Ticket no. 1707010009. Very bad service.

Heads up @HeartInternet there are server issues (again) Sites down for over 30 mins & nothing on status page - tickets already open though
