Arghh. More @HeartInternet issues. Did reverse DNS and all sites on this server showing 403 forbidden. Becoming daily problems now.

@HeartInternet well 17.00 was a joke, it's now nearly 20.00 and our site is still down

@HeartInternet VPS still down (46hrs!) No support update since 10pm. Live chat staff being unhelpful. Hard to justify keeping £3.5k/pa spend
