@j_coatsworth Frustrating mate, but in fairness I've been with @HeartInternet for a few years now and this is the first real issue I've had.

BIG #FAIL @HeartInternet... most of my sites showing 503 error. Over £300 in advertising spend lost! No email notification from them either!
