.@HeartInternet could do with learning to communicate issues with customers. Server rebooted this am, no notice, sites down. Getting fed up.

#heartinternet must offer the worst tech service in the world. Email provider only open from 9 to 5 and you have to write to them avoid

customer services of @HeartInternet are pretty bad. they blame on client if anything goes wrong..
