@capercailrunner @HeartInternet we've had a lot of outages and down times since the move. I hate always raising tickets also.

@jodsclass @HeartInternet it’s frustrating, I’m sure it is for them too, but the attitude I am getting when raising concern is not helpful.

@capercailrunner @HeartInternet no changes have been made to sites and customers are moaning at me that it's down or slow for them also.

@HeartInternet @jodsclass it's ridiculous now. Ever since you moved to a cloud platform all of a sudden you get random hardware fails.
