@HeartInternet Poor Support from HI today: a simple task not worked, HI say 1hr to fix, 3 hrs later after chasing told "it'll take longer"

@HeartInternet I understand u have a problem, but as always lack of communication is the problem, was told an hour, only told longer once..

@jon_mansfield @HeartInternet we had exactly the same problem last week. No warning, no email from registrar nothing.

@HeartInternet tbh I don't want to solve this problem via reseller anyway, because its a long way. I'd prefer to speak with your support..
