It would seem @HeartInternet have changed my DNS to precisely the opposite of what I asked them to ADVISE ME how to do. Site broken.

@HeartInternet I logged ticket 160416-000438 on Donhost Sun eve. 2 days, no response, let alone solution. Very poor service. Please help.

Every time their system says changes have been made, every time I've had to contact them to be told there was an error. @HeartInternet
