Not impressed at all with customer services @HeartInternet. Our client @trans_vol has had website outage for at least 2 weeks now :-(

@HeartInternet Hybrid server upgrade "preparing" for over 24 hours, very generic responses on supporrt ticket. NOT HAPPY! will cancel soon.

@HeartInternet this is the problem the other account holder is not very efficient and their phones don't work...

@HeartInternet Little more notice than 2 minutes would have been nice in regards to the kernel updates on VPS hosts. Not good!
