@WebSynthesis's support staff asking the customer to monitor and tell him what to do in order to fix the error. He can only reboot servers.

@WebSynthesis ok, but look at their responses. They aren't really looking at the site. If they were, they would see the problems.

@websynthesis I am seriously getting annoyed with the issues I'm having with my sites and no clear responses... And too much downtime!
