@KnownHost Worst crisis management ever seen. Can't believe you are unable to send a simple tweet or open a FB page to keep users busy.

Been to bed, get up and my #KnownHost VPS is STILL down. They're site is working, mine aren't and haven't been for at least 12 hours.
