migrating to a new system of theirs. And extremely poor customer service. So, if you need a web host, please don't consider @knownhost.

@KnownHost updating my website. Server has gone down so has KnownHost's website. I'm stranded with no support.

For everyone whose sites are down due to Knownhost outage, it is due to a power failure at the Colo4 datacenter. (thanks @cristianharo)
