So far, @KnownHost, I'm not impressed... other staff members aren't solving problems either. "Claim" that I'm not paying for backups. I AM.

I'm not having a good experience with @knownhost. Their spamcop program blocked all yahoo and gmail addresses. Then when I upgraded...
