.@HowardvRooijen @MrKevHunter Only one of ours seem to be affected, and it's SQL Azure causing it. #WindowsAzure. Suspect network problem.

Suspect there are some major problems with @WindowsAzure in Europe; Can't login to portal, one cloud srvc can't talk to SQL.
