So #WindowsAzure triggered autoscaling for no reason and then failed to start new instances. Disappointing.

My biggest gripe with #WindowsAzure is that local development is difficult if you want to utilize the PaaS features.

@WindowsAzure I think the new Storage nuget package 3.1 has some dependency problems runtime error trying to load an OData 5.6.0 dll
