.@tsohost Learnt hard way it's only website files that are backedup daily; databases backed up only every 5-6 days Support told me. 2/2

Hi @tsohost I reported my site being down. You told me it was fixed 12.24pm but still down. Emailed but no reply. Been waiting for 10 mins..

struggling with @tsohost and 500 server errors again, cleared cache every day for the past 7 days but today it just wont fix it.
