@tsohost thank you. I did find them but I could not piece their instructions and info with yours -- both looked incompatible

Our email server is STILL down @tsohost have assured us they are fixing it. We are really sorry for all of the problems caused.

@tsohost Hey! Customer with a problem. The databases are inaccessible. Sites can't be reached and logging from cpanel doesn't work. In US.

@tsohost Sort out the Email issues pretty please. (I said please to be polite, but seriously not impressed, no emails since 9.29!)
