@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@hostpapa Not impressed at all with tech 'support' 2 very long waits before and during online chat (no solution) and ticket going unanswered

@Hooberbloob Yes, a @HostPapa problem, apparently, although their support system is suboptimal. Thx for letting me know.
