@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@HostPapa mine are down as well my server has been down nearly 2 days with no reply to tickets in that time from them

Tech support @HostPapa tell me to log into my account. I try and it rejects. Tech support say that because they suspended my account. Idiots
