@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

So I've tried to phone @HostPapa 66 times in the last 24 hours. Always busy. Awful, awful customer service.
