@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

@HostPapa Never have i had such awful customer service. Two hour wait times for support and billing still not got back to me to resolve.
