@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

Having the worst experience with .@HostPapa customer care!!!! Not helpful at all. Pre template emails do not answer questions #badservice

@RyanHermann @HostPapa Up after 12.5 hours. My clients mad. HostPapa responded referring me to their now worthless 99.9% uptime guarantee.

@HostPapa You are the absolute worst web hosting providers I have ever come into contact with. Lost my entire site. Stay away friends.
