@HostPapa I know, but you should consider it - great companies use Twitter chat to interact and keep customers happy when products glitch.

@KaraBoohoo I’ve been using HostPapa recently. Their hosting could be a bit better but they are one of the few independent hosts out there.

Just cancelled @hostpapa contract after tech support thought I'd confused a blank index.html page with a server refusing connections.
