Thomas Lovergne replied that server boots but no network so it's not @OVH problem. Seems he forgot ovh shut it down when it was working ok

un ESXI avec 32Go de RAM chez @OVH c'est génial. Sauf quand 12 VM meurent d'un coup avec un des deux disques ! Sniff, mes données. #fail
