@B_RyanGames Nope. We ended up having to block their entire IP range at the server level. @OVH sucks when it comes to abuse reports.

@OVH if you take 24 hours to provision a VPS I will demand a refund... This is ridiculous.

It seems that there's a problem with one of our server hosted in @OVH . The second one takes the relay. Sorry for the inconvenience.
