Restricted by #eduroam wifi, some #DNS problem when in #docker (4G from phone does work), so I'm booting a @scaleway Atom C2750 2.40GHz

The #terraform @scaleway provider just released 1.0.1 - if you see lots of rate-limited related errors this release is for you.

@scaleway Hello I have a Problem, after boot gave me Error 0x040ee119 and still looping to the infinite with this error.
