@SiteGround But closing down my Site on 'Christmas Day' is an extremely costly Experience, which demonstrates poor customer service.

@SiteGround with any other hosting service and other sites that we manage elsewhere we never had these problems! Only here on #siteground

@SiteGround seems to be having problem with Google Apps MX with Siteground hosted DNS records. Keep me posted

@SiteGround I was told over 2.5 hours ago that my site would be up in 20-30 minutes. It's still down. This is not acceptable.
