@WestHost it's been 20 hours now and my site is still down. I'm a vps client. You've offered no solution. Unacceptable! What's going on?!

@WestHost UGH. I switched providers so you guys could handle my traffic, but twice in a period of 3 days you've shut down. Not cool.
