@WestHost 48 hours later and my ticket remains open. Why am I paying for 24 hours round the clock service?

Not too fond of Westhost. I have been on the phone and live chat with them almost all day. The result? Its worse than this morning!

I officially HATE Westhost! I am now looking into abandoning them as my host. Grrrrr. I hate having to make these kinds of changes!

@ westhost so what's going on, I went to lunch, and now I can't do anything cpanel, really trying to migrate, but it's being a pain!
