Server's down - there's something about appearing in Google News that absolutely destroys it. Rackspace can't handle the load, apparently.

TWIL #rackspace #cloud is crap. Performance problems, questionable security, no tuning, bad support, poor documentation.

Awful service from @rackspace. We closed our account 3 months ago, they kept billing us, & now refuse to believe we shut it down! Arrgghhh.
