Sorry @Rackspace support chat for apps/mail is slow to use. First time disappointed. 5 minutes between responses. I know you can do better.

@lucperkins @kalv So you can. I got confused about safe harbour requirement. I think they need Rackspace support before data stays in eu.

@Rackspace @tputnis @skwp same issue here. The control pannel was failing intermittently also.
