Yet another horrible experience with @Rackspace support. They're just awful. Reminds me why I've moved all my clients major services to AWS.

@Rackspace Migration of my email to Rackspace has screwed up. I opened a ticket this morning but no apparent action on it since then.

@rackspace I’ve already replaced my card info w/ my new card & it was restored. But it was a bad experience, that could’ve been avoided.
