@Rackspace horrible support, tech tells me to shut off my iphone and call Apple to get mail working- unbelievable

May have to some tuning of how much horsepower we give to the servers at Rackspace. Let me know if you have performance problems.

Heard @brenebrown both @rackspace and @cisco! Even if the tech industry enables a million cheap seats, I can do the hard work in the arena.
