@paptom I do have a gmail account. I just don't use it much. I prefer Rackspace email.

Dear @ServerPronto send someone over to @rackspace to learn how to do real customer service. Support ignoring customers for hours is crap

The @rackspace "system status" page just lists what they wish their status was. I guess "screwed up this weekend" isn't a valid status.

Surprised that @Rackspace hosted webmail shows images by default even in the spam folder. Pretty bad privacy issue there.
