Learned a valuable time saving tip yesterday, when browsing a Rackspace CDN with ton of docs, don't use the Rackspace browser interface

Really frustrated with the Rackspace cloud web ui. I have to open support tickets too often (though the support, generally, is Fanatical™)

@Rackspace support service is very bad I can not access my cloud and nobody solves nothing

Slightly annoyed by @rackspace still not supporting suspended servers. I know we can clone a backup, but still.
