@Rackspace I just had the single worse experience with Cloud support. Your cloud staff need the training everyone else gets.

On hold with Rackspace and the Wizard by Black Sabbath is currently playing as their hold music. Way better than the typical hold garbage.

@ac1dgoddess Rack space is garbage they called me once at 8 am and I hung up on them. RackSpace is a slave farm.
