kudos to Luis G @Rackspace support for keeping a level head, too bad he's got the same outdated status info and is as powerless as me to fix

Rackspace online assessment completed. What a trainwreck, ugh. Didn't even get to touch mysql or postfix after fucking with NFS and Apache.

I designed a better database error page so that when @Rackspace goes down again (probably this evening upgrading DFW) it will be less scary.

@D_Roch @github DDoS are not easy to fight is subjective, they are only hard if they go over your capacity, which I doubt at RackSpace.

Performance tier was not available when we started with @rackspace cloud and these patches to hypervisor, hardware fail caused our issues.
