As much as I hate OKRs, I'm beginning to like them, and think they should be adopted throughout all or Rackspace, not just QE.

Getting really upset with @Rackspace. 1st get charged for an EMPTY and UNUSED DB, now they charged me again even though I deleted it! WTF.

@rackspace went from the 'fanatical support' company to being totally broken as a company. It's sad.
