@hongster yes, we had 13 min downtime, hosting problems again #rackspace #fail Sorry for the inconvenience, we'll sort it out

Surprisingly bad support from @rackspace. Server was offline for 5 minutes. Request credit per SLA and support says my box never went down.

Really don't like the new @Rackspace cloud wiki. Very difficult to find anything, broken links and much less structure than the old wiki. :(

@DanClarkePro @Rackspace arg not good, seems like everything is back up though. Was afraid it was another hardware issue.
