@Rackspace Support is HORRIBLE. I've been waiting on hold for 45 minutes trying to restore the 20+ sites on my account that are down. BEWARE

Experiencing the Customer Service #Fail I just did with Stitch Fix makes me realize how fortunate we all are that Zappos, Apple, Rackspace…
