@britishcoder Negative. Sarah the geek is a natural-born Racker (it says so on my t-shirt). Rackspace made me a superstar (also on t-shirt)

@Rackspace I eventually got the "degraded hardware" email. Problem was it took > 2 hours to arrive :)
