@KevinSMcArthur Yeah, would have crippled production. Luckily it was a stage server... SSH, works. SSH again, key auth failed. @rackspace

Amazingly bad UX from @Rackspace. Change password w/ insufficient complexity (undocumented) breaks whole UI -> have to call customer service

Hey @Rackspace GET OUR SERVERS WORKING. This is getting ridiculous. YOUR techs broke our servers and can't figure out how to fix them.
